وَهُمْ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنْهُ وَيَنْـَٔوْنَ عَنْهُ ۚوَاِنْ يُّهْلِكُوْنَ اِلَّآ اَنْفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُوْنَ ( الأنعام: ٢٦ )
And they
وَهُمْ
அவர்கள்
forbid (others)
يَنْهَوْنَ
தடுக்கின்றனர்
from it
عَنْهُ
இதிலிருந்து
and they keep away
وَيَنْـَٔوْنَ
இன்னும் தூரமாகின்றனர்
from it
عَنْهُۖ
இதை விட்டு
And not they destroy
وَإِن يُهْلِكُونَ
அவர்கள் அழித்துக் கொள்வதில்லை
except
إِلَّآ
தவிர
themselves
أَنفُسَهُمْ
தங்களை
and not they perceive
وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
உணர மாட்டார்கள்
Wa hum yanhawna 'anhu wa yan'awna 'anhu wa iny yuhlikoona illaa anfusahum wa maa yash'uroon (al-ʾAnʿām 6:26)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
அன்றி அவர்கள் (மற்றவர்களையும்) இ(தைக்கேட்ப)தில் இருந்து தடுத்துத் தாங்களும் இதைவிட்டு வெருண்டோடுவார்கள். (இதனால்) அவர்கள் தங்களையே நாசமாக்கிக் கொள்கிறார்கள். (இதனை) அவர்கள் உணர்ந்து கொள்ளவே மாட்டார்கள்.
English Sahih:
And they prevent [others] from him and are [themselves] remote from him. And they do not destroy except themselves, but they perceive [it] not. ([6] Al-An'am : 26)
