وَهُوَ الَّذِيْ يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوْا وَيَنْشُرُ رَحْمَتَهٗ ۗوَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيْدُ ( الشورى: ٢٨ )
And He
وَهُوَ
அவன்தான்
(is) the One Who
ٱلَّذِى
எப்படிப்பட்டவன்
sends down
يُنَزِّلُ
இறக்குகின்றான்
the rain
ٱلْغَيْثَ
மழையை
after after [what] they have despaired
مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا۟
அவர்கள் நிராசை அடைந்த பின்னர்
and spreads
وَيَنشُرُ
இன்னும் பரப்புகின்றான்
His mercy
رَحْمَتَهُۥۚ
தனது அருளை
And He
وَهُوَ
அவன்தான்
(is) the Protector
ٱلْوَلِىُّ
பாதுகாவலன்
the Praiseworthy
ٱلْحَمِيدُ
மகா புகழாளன்
Wa Huwal lazee yunazzilul ghaisa mim ba'di maa qanatoo wa yanshuru rahmatah; wa Huwal Waliyyul Hameed (aš-Šūrā 42:28)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
(மனிதர்கள்) நம்பிக்கையிழந்ததன் பின்னரும், அவன்தான் மழையை இறக்கி வைத்துத் தன்னுடைய அருளை பொழிகின்றான். அவனே பாதுகாவலன்; புகழுக்குரியவன்.
English Sahih:
And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy. ([42] Ash-Shuraa : 28)
