قُلْ لَّوْ اَنْتُمْ تَمْلِكُوْنَ خَزَاۤىِٕنَ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّيْٓ اِذًا لَّاَمْسَكْتُمْ خَشْيَةَ الْاِنْفَاقِۗ وَكَانَ الْاِنْسَانُ قَتُوْرًا ࣖ ( الإسراء: ١٠٠ )
Qul law antum tamlikoona khazaaa'ina rahmati Rabbeee izal la amsaktum khash yatal infaaq; wa kaanal insaanu qatooraa (al-ʾIsrāʾ 17:100)

(நபியே!) நீங்கள் கூறுங்கள்: என் இறைவனின் அருள் பொக்கிஷங்கள் அனைத்திற்கும் நீங்களே சொந்தக்காரர்களாக இருந்தால் அது செலவாகிவிடுமோ! எனப் பயந்து (எவருக்கும் எதுவுமே கொடுக்காது) நீங்கள் தடுத்துக் கொள்வீர்கள். மனிதன் பெரும் கஞ்சனாக இருக்கிறான்.
English Sahih:
Say [to them], "If you possessed the depositories of the mercy of my Lord, then you would withhold out of fear of spending." And ever has man been stingy. ([17] Al-Isra : 100)

“என்னுடைய இறைவனின் (ரஹ்மத்து என்னும்) அருள் பொக்கிஷங்களை நீங்கள் சொந்தப்படுத்திக் கொண்டு இருப்பீர்களானாலும், அவை செலவாகி விடுமோ என்ற பயத்தினால், நீங்கள் (அவற்றைத்) தடுத்துக்கொள்வீர்கள் - மேலும், மனிதன் உலோபியாகவே இருக்கின்றான்” என்று (நபியே!) நீர் கூறும்.
