اِشْتَرَوْا بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيْلًا فَصَدُّوْا عَنْ سَبِيْلِهٖۗ اِنَّهُمْ سَاۤءَ مَاكَانُوْا يَعْمَلُوْنَ ( التوبة: ٩ )
They exchange
ٱشْتَرَوْا۟
उन्होंने बेच डाला
[with] the Verses of Allah
بِـَٔايَٰتِ
अल्लाह की आयात को
[with] the Verses of Allah
ٱللَّهِ
अल्लाह की आयात को
(for) a little price
ثَمَنًا
क़ीमत
(for) a little price
قَلِيلًا
थोड़ी में
and they hinder (people)
فَصَدُّوا۟
फिर उन्होंने रोका
from
عَن
उसके रास्ते से
His way
سَبِيلِهِۦٓۚ
उसके रास्ते से
Indeed
إِنَّهُمْ
बेशक वो
evil
سَآءَ
कितना बुरा है
(is) what
مَا
जो
they used to
كَانُوا۟
हैं वो
do
يَعْمَلُونَ
वो अमल कर रहे हैं
Ishtaraw biayati Allahi thamanan qaleelan fasaddoo 'an sabeelihi innahum saa ma kanoo ya'maloona (at-Tawbah 9:9)

उन्होंने अल्लाह की आयतों के बदले थोड़ा-सा मूल्य स्वीकार किया और इस प्रकार वे उसका मार्ग अपनाने से रूक गए। निश्चय ही बहुत बुरा है, जो कुछ वे कर रहे हैं
English Sahih:
They have exchanged the signs of Allah for a small price and averted [people] from His way. Indeed, it was evil that they were doing. ([9] At-Tawbah : 9)
