فَاصْبِرْ عَلٰى مَا يَقُوْلُوْنَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوْعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ الْغُرُوْبِ ( ق: ٣٩ )
So be patient
فَٱصْبِرْ
पस सब्र कीजिए
over
عَلَىٰ
ऊपर
what
مَا
उसके जो
they say
يَقُولُونَ
वो कहते हैं
and glorify
وَسَبِّحْ
और तस्बीह कीजिए
(the) praise
بِحَمْدِ
साथ हम्द के
(of) your Lord
رَبِّكَ
अपने रब की
before
قَبْلَ
पहले
(the) rising
طُلُوعِ
तुलूअ होने से
(of) the sun
ٱلشَّمْسِ
सूरज के
and before
وَقَبْلَ
और पहले
the setting
ٱلْغُرُوبِ
ग़ुरूब होने से
Faisbir 'ala ma yaqooloona wasabbih bihamdi rabbika qabla tuloo'i alshshamsi waqabla alghuroobi (Q̈āf 50:39)

अतः जो कुछ वे कहते है उसपर धैर्य से काम लो और अपने रब की प्रशंसा की तसबीह करो; सूर्योदय से पूर्व और सूर्यास्त के पूर्व,
English Sahih:
So be patient, [O Muhammad], over what they say and exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting, ([50] Qaf : 39)
