وَمَنْ لَّا يُجِبْ دَاعِيَ اللّٰهِ فَلَيْسَ بِمُعْجِزٍ فِى الْاَرْضِ وَلَيْسَ لَهٗ مِنْ دُوْنِهٖٓ اَوْلِيَاۤءُ ۗ اُولٰۤىِٕكَ فِيْ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِيْنٍ ( الأحقاف: ٣٢ )
And whoever
وَمَن
और जो
(does) not
لَّا
ना जवाब दे
respond
يُجِبْ
ना जवाब दे
(to the) caller
دَاعِىَ
अल्लाह के दाई को
(of) Allah
ٱللَّهِ
अल्लाह के दाई को
then not
فَلَيْسَ
तो नहीं है वो
he can escape
بِمُعْجِزٍ
आजिज़ करने वाला
in
فِى
ज़मीन में
the earth
ٱلْأَرْضِ
ज़मीन में
and not
وَلَيْسَ
और नहीं
for him
لَهُۥ
उसके लिए
besides Him
مِن
उसके सिवा
besides Him
دُونِهِۦٓ
उसके सिवा
protectors
أَوْلِيَآءُۚ
कोई मददगार
Those
أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
यही लोग हैं
(are) in
فِى
गुमराही में
error
ضَلَٰلٍ
गुमराही में
clear"
مُّبِينٍ
खुली
Waman la yujib da'iya Allahi falaysa bimu'jizin fee alardi walaysa lahu min doonihi awliyaa olaika fee dalalin mubeenin (al-ʾAḥq̈āf 46:32)

और जो कोई अल्लाह के आमंत्रणकर्त्ता का आमंत्रण स्वीकार नहीं करेगा तो वह धरती में क़ाबू से बच निकलनेवाला नहीं है और न अल्लाह से हटकर उसके संरक्षक होंगे। ऐसे ही लोग खुली गुमराही में हैं।'
English Sahih:
But he who does not respond to the Caller of Allah will not cause failure [to Him] upon earth, and he will not have besides Him any protectors. Those are in manifest error." ([46] Al-Ahqaf : 32)
