وَاتَّخَذُوْا مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ اٰلِهَةً لَّعَلَّهُمْ يُنْصَرُوْنَ ۗ ( يس: ٧٤ )
But they have taken
وَٱتَّخَذُوا۟
और उन्होंने बना लिए
besides
مِن
सिवाए
besides
دُونِ
सिवाए
Allah
ٱللَّهِ
अल्लाह के
gods
ءَالِهَةً
कई इलाह
that they may
لَّعَلَّهُمْ
ताकि वो
be helped
يُنصَرُونَ
वो मदद किए जाऐं
Waittakhathoo min dooni Allahi alihatan la'allahum yunsaroona (Yāʾ Sīn 36:74)

उन्होंने अल्लाह से इतर कितने ही उपास्य बना लिए है कि शायद उन्हें मदद पहुँचे।
English Sahih:
But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped. ([36] Ya-Sin : 74)
