هٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَّمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِيْنَ ( آل عمران: ١٣٨ )
This
هَٰذَا
ये
(is) a declaration
بَيَانٌ
एक बयान है
for the people
لِّلنَّاسِ
लोगों के लिए
and guidance
وَهُدًى
और हिदायत
and admonition
وَمَوْعِظَةٌ
और नसीहत है
for the God-fearing
لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
मुत्तक़ी लोगों के लिए
Hatha bayanun lilnnasi wahudan wamaw'ithatun lilmuttaqeena (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:138)

यह लोगों के लिए स्पष्ट बयान और डर रखनेवालों के लिए मार्गदर्शन और उपदेश है
English Sahih:
This [Quran] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah. ([3] Ali 'Imran : 138)
