وَمَا كُنْتَ بِجَانِبِ الْغَرْبِيِّ اِذْ قَضَيْنَآ اِلٰى مُوْسَى الْاَمْرَ وَمَا كُنْتَ مِنَ الشّٰهِدِيْنَ ۙ ( القصص: ٤٤ )
And not
وَمَا
और ना
you were
كُنتَ
थे आप
on (the) side
بِجَانِبِ
मग़रिबी जानिब(तूर की)
western
ٱلْغَرْبِىِّ
मग़रिबी जानिब(तूर की)
when
إِذْ
जब
We decreed
قَضَيْنَآ
वही की हमने
to
إِلَىٰ
तरफ़ मूसा के
Musa
مُوسَى
तरफ़ मूसा के
the Commandment
ٱلْأَمْرَ
हुक्म की
and not
وَمَا
और ना
you were
كُنتَ
थे आप
among
مِنَ
हाज़िर होने वालों में से
the witnesses
ٱلشَّٰهِدِينَ
हाज़िर होने वालों में से
Wama kunta bijanibi algharbiyyi ith qadayna ila moosa alamra wama kunta mina alshshahideena (al-Q̈aṣaṣ 28:44)
Muhammad Faruq Khan Sultanpuri & Muhammad Ahmed:
तुम तो (नगर के) पश्चिमी किनारे पर नहीं थे, जब हमने मूसा को बात की निर्णित सूचना दी थी, और न तुम गवाहों में से थे
English Sahih:
And you, [O Muhammad], were not on the western side [of the mount] when We revealed to Moses the command, and you were not among the witnesses [to that]. ([28] Al-Qasas : 44)
