وَقَوْمَ نُوْحٍ لَّمَّا كَذَّبُوا الرُّسُلَ اَغْرَقْنٰهُمْ وَجَعَلْنٰهُمْ لِلنَّاسِ اٰيَةًۗ وَاَعْتَدْنَا لِلظّٰلِمِيْنَ عَذَابًا اَلِيْمًا ۚ ( الفرقان: ٣٧ )
And (the) people
وَقَوْمَ
और क़ौमे
(of) Nuh
نُوحٍ
नूह
when
لَّمَّا
जब
they denied
كَذَّبُوا۟
उन्होंने झुठलाया
the Messengers
ٱلرُّسُلَ
रसूलों को
We drowned them
أَغْرَقْنَٰهُمْ
ग़र्क़ कर दिया हमने उन्हें
and We made them
وَجَعَلْنَٰهُمْ
और बना दिया हमने उन्हें
for mankind
لِلنَّاسِ
लोगों के लिए
a sign
ءَايَةًۖ
एक निशानी
And We have prepared
وَأَعْتَدْنَا
और तैयार कर रखा है हमने
for the wrongdoers
لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ
ज़लिमों के लिए
a punishment
عَذَابًا
अज़ाब
painful
أَلِيمًا
दर्दनाक
Waqawma noohin lamma kaththaboo alrrusula aghraqnahum waja'alnahum lilnnasi ayatan waa'tadna lilththalimeena 'athaban aleeman (al-Furq̈ān 25:37)

और नूह की क़ौम को भी, जब उन्होंने रसूलों को झुठलाया तो हमने उन्हें डुबा दिया और लोगों के लिए उन्हें एक निशानी बना दिया, और उन ज़ालिमों के लिए हमने एक दुखद यातना तैयार कर रखी है
English Sahih:
And the people of Noah – when they denied the messengers, We drowned them, and We made them for mankind a sign. And We have prepared for the wrongdoers a painful punishment. ([25] Al-Furqan : 37)
