اَفَحَسِبْتُمْ اَنَّمَا خَلَقْنٰكُمْ عَبَثًا وَّاَنَّكُمْ اِلَيْنَا لَا تُرْجَعُوْنَ ( المؤمنون: ١١٥ )
Then did you think
أَفَحَسِبْتُمْ
क्या भला समझा था तुमने
that
أَنَّمَا
कि बेशक
We created you
خَلَقْنَٰكُمْ
पैदा किया हमने तुम्हें
uselessly
عَبَثًا
बेकार
and that you
وَأَنَّكُمْ
और बेशक तुम
to Us
إِلَيْنَا
तरफ़ हमारे
not
لَا
ना तुम लौटाए जाओगे
will be returned?"
تُرْجَعُونَ
ना तुम लौटाए जाओगे
Afahasibtum annama khalaqnakum 'abathan waannakum ilayna la turja'oona (al-Muʾminūn 23:115)

तो क्या तुमने यह समझा था कि हमने तुम्हें व्यर्थ पैदा किया है और यह कि तुम्हें हमारी और लौटना नहीं है?'
English Sahih:
Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" ([23] Al-Mu'minun : 115)
