قَالَ اِنَّهٗ يَقُوْلُ اِنَّهَا بَقَرَةٌ لَّا ذَلُوْلٌ تُثِيْرُ الْاَرْضَ وَلَا تَسْقِى الْحَرْثَۚ مُسَلَّمَةٌ لَّاشِيَةَ فِيْهَا ۗ قَالُوا الْـٰٔنَ جِئْتَ بِالْحَقِّ فَذَبَحُوْهَا وَمَا كَادُوْا يَفْعَلُوْنَ ࣖ ( البقرة: ٧١ )
Qala innahu yaqoolu innaha baqaratun la thaloolun tutheeru alarda wala tasqee alhartha musallamatun la shiyata feeha qaloo alana jita bialhaqqi fathabahooha wama kadoo yaf'aloona (al-Baq̈arah 2:71)

उसने कहा, ' वह कहता हैं कि वह ऐसा गाय है जो सधाई हुई नहीं है कि भूमि जोतती हो, और न वह खेत को पानी देती है, ठीक-ठाक है, उसमें किसी दूसरे रंग की मिलावट नहीं है।' बोले, 'अब तुमने ठीक बात बताई है।' फिर उन्होंने उसे ज़ब्ह किया, जबकि वे करना नहीं चाहते थे
English Sahih:
He said, "He says, 'It is a cow neither trained to plow the earth nor to irrigate the field, one free from fault with no spot upon her.'" They said, "Now you have come with the truth." So they slaughtered her, but they could hardly do it. ([2] Al-Baqarah : 71)

मूसा ने कहा खुदा ज़रूर फरमाता है कि वह गाय न तो इतनी सधाई हो कि ज़मीन जोते न खेती सीचें भली चंगी एक रंग की कि उसमें कोई धब्बा तक न हो, वह बोले अब (जा के) ठीक-ठीक बयान किया, ग़रज़ उन लोगों ने वह गाय हलाल की हालाँकि उनसे उम्मीद न थी वह कि वह ऐसा करेंगे
