هُوَ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مَّا فِى الْاَرْضِ جَمِيْعًا ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰٓى اِلَى السَّمَاۤءِ فَسَوّٰىهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمٰوٰتٍ ۗ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ ࣖ ( البقرة: ٢٩ )
He
هُوَ
वो ही है
(is) the One Who
ٱلَّذِى
जिसने
created
خَلَقَ
पैदा किया
for you
لَكُم
तुम्हारे लिए
what
مَّا
जो
(is) in
فِى
ज़मीन में है
the earth
ٱلْأَرْضِ
ज़मीन में है
all
جَمِيعًا
सब का सब
Moreover
ثُمَّ
फिर
He turned
ٱسْتَوَىٰٓ
वो मुतावज्जेह हुआ
to
إِلَى
तरफ
the heaven
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
आसमान के
and fashioned them
فَسَوَّىٰهُنَّ
पस उसने दुरुस्त करके बना दिया उन्हें
seven
سَبْعَ
सात
heavens
سَمَٰوَٰتٍۚ
आसमान
And He
وَهُوَ
और वो
of every
بِكُلِّ
हर
thing
شَىْءٍ
चीज़ का
(is) All-Knowing
عَلِيمٌ
ख़ूब इल्म रखने वाला है
Huwa allathee khalaqa lakum ma fee alardi jamee'an thumma istawa ila alssamai fasawwahunna sab'a samawatin wahuwa bikulli shayin 'aleemun (al-Baq̈arah 2:29)

वही तो है जिसने तुम्हारे लिए ज़मीन की सारी चीज़े पैदा की, फिर आकाश की ओर रुख़ किया और ठीक तौर पर सात आकाश बनाए और वह हर चीज़ को जानता है
English Sahih:
It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things. ([2] Al-Baqarah : 29)
