وَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ يَّسْتَمِعُوْنَ اِلَيْكَۗ اَفَاَنْتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُوْا لَا يَعْقِلُوْنَ ( يونس: ٤٢ )
And among them
وَمِنْهُم
और कुछ उनमें से हैं
(are some) who
مَّن
जो
listen
يَسْتَمِعُونَ
कान लगाते हैं
to you
إِلَيْكَۚ
तरफ़ आपके
But (can) you
أَفَأَنتَ
क्या फिर आप
cause the deaf to hear
تُسْمِعُ
सुनाऐंगे
cause the deaf to hear
ٱلصُّمَّ
बहरों को
even though
وَلَوْ
और अगरचे
they [were]
كَانُوا۟
हों वो
(do) not
لَا
ना वो अक़्ल रखते
use reason?
يَعْقِلُونَ
ना वो अक़्ल रखते
Waminhum man yastami'oona ilayka afaanta tusmi'u alssumma walaw kanoo la ya'qiloona (al-Yūnus 10:42)

और उनमें बहुत-से ऐसे लोग है जो तेरी ओर कान लगाते है। किन्तु क्या तू बहरों को सुनाएगा, चाहे वे समझ न रखते हों?
English Sahih:
And among them are those who listen to you. But can you cause the deaf to hear [i.e., benefit from this hearing], although they will not use reason? ([10] Yunus : 42)
