At-Tin Verse 7

Now, what makes you deny the ˹final˺ Judgment?

Then, what makes you deny the Judgment Day?

What then shall cry thee lies as to the Doom?

they will have an unfailing reward. After this, what makes you [man] deny the Judgement?

What hencefort shall make thee belie the Requital?

Then what can, after this, contradict thee, as to the judgment (to come)?

Who, then, can give the lie to you, (O Prophet), about the Reward and the Punishment?

Who should then make you deny the Judgement after this?

So after this, what causes you to deny the judgement?

So what makes you deny the Retribution?

What, then, (O human,) causes you, after all (these realities), to deny the Last Judgment?

Who is there, after this to belie you (O Prophet!) with regard to (the day of) Requital?

So what makes you lie/deny/falsify after with the religion?

So after this, what causes you to deny the judgement?

But what shall make you call the judgment after this a lie?

Then what (or who) causes you (O disbelievers) to deny the Recompense (i.e. Day of Resurrection)?

Is not Allah the Best of the Judges?

Then who can give you the lie after (this) about the judgment?

So who henceforth will give the lie to thee about the judgment?

After (knowing) this, what makes you still disbelieve in the Day of Judgment?

So, what then shall belie you concerning the Recompense?

Then what causes you to deny after this the Recompense

What then after this, can make you deny the Last Judgement?

So why do you still reject the religion?

So what makes you deny, O disbeliever, thereafter -- after the mention of man being created in the best of forms and his being reduced to the vilest of age, all of which indicates the power [of God] to resurrect -- the Judgement?, the Requital that will be preceded by the Resurrection and the Reckoning. In other words, what makes you disbelieve in all this? Nothing does!

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ


Then what causes you to deny,

meaning, `O Son of Adam!'

بَعْدُ بِالدِّينِ




after this, the Recompense,

meaning, `in the recompense that will take place in the Hereafter.

For indeed you know the beginning, and you know that He Who is able to begin (the creation) is also able to repeat it which is easier. So what is it that makes you deny the final return in the Hereafter after you have known this'

Then Allah says,

أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِينَ
