وَاٰخَرُوْنَ مُرْجَوْنَ لِاَمْرِ اللّٰهِ اِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمْ وَاِمَّا يَتُوْبُ عَلَيْهِمْۗ وَاللّٰهُ عَلِيْمٌ حَكِيْمٌ ( التوبة: ١٠٦ )
waākharūna
وَءَاخَرُونَ
And others
mur'jawna
مُرْجَوْنَ
deferred
li-amri
لِأَمْرِ
for the Command of Allah
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
for the Command of Allah
immā
إِمَّا
whether
yuʿadhibuhum
يُعَذِّبُهُمْ
He will punish them
wa-immā
وَإِمَّا
or
yatūbu
يَتُوبُ
He will turn (in mercy)
ʿalayhim
عَلَيْهِمْۗ
to them
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
ʿalīmun
عَلِيمٌ
(is) All-Knower
ḥakīmun
حَكِيمٌ
All-Wise
Wa aakharoona murjawna li amril laahi imaa yu'az zibuhum wa immaa yatoobu 'alaihim; wallaahu 'Aleemun Hakeem (at-Tawbah 9:106)
Sahih International:
And [there are] others deferred until the command of Allah – whether He will punish them or whether He will forgive them. And Allah is Knowing and Wise. (At-Tawbah [9] : 106)

And there are others whose matter is deferred till the command of Allah (comes): either He would punish them or relent towards them. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
