أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ

ٱلْكَفَرَةُ
(are) the disbelievers
ٱلْفَجَرَةُ
the wicked ones
Ulaa-ika humul-kafa ratul-fajarah.
Those are the disbelievers, the wicked ones.
