An-Nazi'at Verse 5

and those conducting affairs ˹obediently˺!

and those who carry out the command [of Allah],

by those that direct an affair!

to bring the matter to an end,

And then they manage the affair,

Then arrange to do (the Commands of their Lord),

and then manage the affairs of the Universe (according to their Lord's commands).

And direct affairs by command,

And who plan the implementation.

by those who direct the affairs [of creatures]:

And thus fulfill the commands (in the operation of the universe),

Then those who administer the affairs in an excellent manner (shall reap the fruit of their striving).

So the regulators/arrangers/planners (of) a matter/affair/order/command.

And who plan the implementation.

And those who regulate affairs.

And by those angels who arrange to do the Commands of their Lord, (so verily, you disbelievers will be called to account).

The day when the quaking one shall quake --

Then those who regulate the affair.

And those who govern the event,

and by the angels who regulate the affairs, (you will certainly be resurrected).

by the managers (angels) affair.

And by those who arrange affairs.

and by those who regulate events.

And those who regulate events.

and by those that direct the affair, [by] the angels who direct the affairs of this world, that is to say, they descend with the directions for it [from God] (the response to all of these oath clauses has been omitted, understood to be [something like], la-tub`athunna y kuffra Makka, `you shall certainly be resurrected, O disbelievers of Mecca!', which is also the operator of [the following clause]);

And by those who arrange affairs.

Ali, Mujahid, Ata, Abu Salih, Al-Hasan, Qatadah, Ar-Rabi bin Anas, and As-Suddi all said,

"They are the angels."

Al-Hasan added,

"They control the affairs from the heaven to the earth, meaning by the command of their Lord, the Mighty and Majestic."
The Description of the Day of Judgement, the People, and what They will say

Then Allah says,

يَوْمَ تَرْجُفُ الرَّاجِفَةُ
