فَتَوَلّٰى عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يٰقَوْمِ لَقَدْ اَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسٰلٰتِ رَبِّيْ وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْۚ فَكَيْفَ اٰسٰى عَلٰى قَوْمٍ كٰفِرِيْنَ ࣖ   ( الأعراف: ٩٣ )

fatawallā
فَتَوَلَّىٰ
So he turned away
ʿanhum
عَنْهُمْ
from them
waqāla
وَقَالَ
and said
yāqawmi
يَٰقَوْمِ
"O my people!
laqad
لَقَدْ
Verily
ablaghtukum
أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ
I (have) conveyed to you
risālāti
رِسَٰلَٰتِ
(the) Messages
rabbī
رَبِّى
(of) my Lord
wanaṣaḥtu
وَنَصَحْتُ
and advised
lakum
لَكُمْۖ
[to] you
fakayfa
فَكَيْفَ
So how could
āsā
ءَاسَىٰ
I grieve
ʿalā
عَلَىٰ
for
qawmin
قَوْمٍ
a people
kāfirīna
كَٰفِرِينَ
(who are) disbelievers?"

Fatawalla 'anhum wa qaala yaa qawmi laqad ablaghtukum Risaalaati Rabbee wa nasahtu lakum fakaifa aasaa'alaa qawmin kaafireen (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:93)

Sahih International:

And he [i.e., Shuaib] turned away from them and said, "O my people, I had certainly conveyed to you the messages of my Lord and advised you, so how could I grieve for a disbelieving people?" (Al-A'raf [7] : 93)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

So, he turned away from them and said, “O my people, I have surely delivered to you the message of my Lord, and wished your betterment. How, then, should I grieve over a disbelieving people?”
