Al-A'raf Verse 81

You lust after men instead of women! You are certainly transgressors.”

For you approach men lustfully instead of women; you are but a transgressing people.”

See, you approach men lustfully instead of women; no, you are a people that do exceed.'

You lust after men rather than women! You transgress all bounds!’

Verily ye go in lustfully unto men instead of women! Aye! ye are a people extravagant.

"For ye practise your lusts on men in preference to women; ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds."

You approach men lustfully in place of women. You are a people who exceed all bounds.'

In preference to women you satisfy your lust with men. Indeed you are a people who are guilty of excess."

“You lustfully go towards men, instead of women! In fact, you have transgressed the limits.”

Indeed you come to men with desire instead of women! Indeed, you are a profligate lot.’

"You come to men with lust in place of women. You are a people committing excesses and wasteful (of your God-given faculties)."

`You indeed approach men rather than (your) women to satisfy your lust. The fact is that you are a people who transgress all limits.´

That you are coming/doing the men (with) lust/desire/craving from other than the women, but you are a nation (of) spoilers/wasters/extravagators."

"You lustfully go towards men, instead of women! In fact, you have transgressed the limits."

"Verily, you approach men with lust instead of women. Nay, you are a people who far exceed the bounds."

"Verily, you practise your lusts on men instead of women. Nay, but you are a people transgressing beyond bounds (by committing great sins)."

And (We sent) Lot, when he said to his people: Do you commit an abomination which no one in the world did before you?

Most surely you come to males in lust besides females; nay you are an extravagant people.

Lo! ye come with lust unto men instead of women. Nay, but ye are wanton folk.

You engage in lustful activities with people instead of women. You have become transgressing people.

You approach men lustfully instead of women. Truly, you are a nation who exceed (in sin)'

"Verily, you practice your lusts on men instead of women. Nay, but you are a people transgressing beyond bounds."

You lust after men rather than women! You transgress all bounds!"

“You lust after men rather than women. You are an excessive people.”

Do you (read a-innakum, pronouncing both hamzas, or by not pronouncing the second one, but in both cases inserting an alif between the two; a variant reading has innakum, `indeed you ... ') come lustfully to men instead of women? Nay, you are a wanton folk', transgressing [the bounds], [going] from what is lawful to what is unlawful.

إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِّن دُونِ النِّسَاء



"Do you commit lewdness such as none preceding you has committed in all of the nations Verily, you practice your lusts on men instead of women."

meaning, you left women whom Allah created for you and instead had sex with men! Indeed, this behavior is evil and ignorant because you have placed things in their improper places. Lut, peace be upon him, said to them;
هَوُلاء بَنَاتِي إِن كُنتُمْ فَاعِلِينَ
("these (the girls of the nation) are my daughters (to marry lawfully), if you must act (so))." (15;71) So he reminded them of their women, and they replied that they do not desire women!,

قَالُواْ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا لَنَا فِى بَنَاتِكَ مِنْ حَقٍّ وَإِنَّكَ لَتَعْلَمُ مَا نُرِيدُ

They said;"Surely, you know that we have neither any desire nor need of your daughters, and indeed you know well what we want!" (11;79)

meaning, you know that we have no desire for women and you know what we desire with your guests.

And Allah said;

بَلْ أَنتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّسْرِفُونَ



Nay, but you are a people transgressing beyond bounds.
