ثُمَّ ارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنْقَلِبْ اِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَّهُوَ حَسِيْرٌ ( الملك: ٤ )

(is) fatigued
Summar ji'il basara karrataini yanqalib ilaikal basaru khaasi'anw wa huwa haseer (al-Mulk 67:4)
Sahih International:
Then return [your] vision twice again. [Your] vision will return to you humbled while it is fatigued. (Al-Mulk [67] : 4)

Then cast your eye again and again, and the eye will come back to you abased, in a state of weariness.
