Adh-Dhariyat Verse 48

As for the earth, We spread it out. How superbly did We smooth it out![[ The globe was spread out to accommodate Allah’s creation. The spherical shape of the earth is expressed in {39:5}. ]]

And We spread out the earth. How well did We smooth it out!

And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers!

We spread out the earth- how well We smoothed it out!-

And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We!

And We have spread out the (spacious) earth; How excellently We do spread out!

And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it!

We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide!

And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out!

And We have spread out the earth, so how excellent spreaders We have been!

And the earth, We have spread it out, and how excellent We are in spreading it out (like a cradle).

And the earth, We have spread it out and how excellently We lay things out.

And the earth/Planet Earth We spread it out so the levelers/preparers (are) blessed/praise.

And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out!

And the earth, We have spread it out; how gracious was the Spreader thereof.

And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We!

And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and We are Makers of the vast extent.

And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out.

And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)!

We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread!

and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers.

And We have made the earth a Firash; how excellent spreader (thereof) are We!

We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out,

And the earth—We spread it out—How well We prepared it!

And the earth, We spread it out; We made it level; what excellent Spreaders then!, We are.

وَالاْاَرْضَ فَرَشْنَاهَا

And We have made the earth a Firash,

meaning, `We have made it a resting place for the created,'

فَنِعْمَ الْمَاهِدُونَ



how excellent a spreader (thereof) are We!,

meaning, `We spread it for its inhabitants,
