وَهُوَ الَّذِيْ يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوْا وَيَنْشُرُ رَحْمَتَهٗ ۗوَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيْدُ ( الشورى: ٢٨ )

وَهُوَ
And He
alladhī
ٱلَّذِى
(is) the One Who
yunazzilu
يُنَزِّلُ
sends down
l-ghaytha
ٱلْغَيْثَ
the rain
min
مِنۢ
after
baʿdi
بَعْدِ
after
mā
مَا
[what]
qanaṭū
قَنَطُوا۟
they have despaired
wayanshuru
وَيَنشُرُ
and spreads
raḥmatahu
رَحْمَتَهُۥۚ
His mercy
wahuwa
وَهُوَ
And He
l-waliyu
ٱلْوَلِىُّ
(is) the Protector
l-ḥamīdu
ٱلْحَمِيدُ
the Praiseworthy
Wa Huwal lazee yunazzilul ghaisa mim ba'di maa qanatoo wa yanshuru rahmatah; wa Huwal Waliyyul Hameed (aš-Šūrā 42:28)
Sahih International:
And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy. (Ash-Shuraa [42] : 28)

And He is the One who sends down rain after they have lost hope, and He extends His mercy. And He is the Guardian, Worthy of all praise.
