وَلِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِ ۗوَكَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ وَكِيْلًا ( النساء: ١٣٢ )
walillahi
وَلِلَّهِ
And for Allah
mā
مَا
(is) whatever
fī
فِى
(is) in
l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
wamā
وَمَا
and whatever
fī
فِى
(is) in
l-arḍi
ٱلْأَرْضِۚ
the earth
wakafā
وَكَفَىٰ
And is sufficient
bil-lahi
بِٱللَّهِ
Allah
wakīlan
وَكِيلًا
(as) a Disposer of affairs
Wa lillaahi maa fis samaawaati wa maa fil ard; wa kafaa billaahi Wakeelaa (an-Nisāʾ 4:132)
Sahih International:
And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs. (An-Nisa [4] : 132)

To Allah belongs what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, and Allah is enough to trust in.
