وَلَوْ نَشَاۤءُ لَطَمَسْنَا عَلٰٓى اَعْيُنِهِمْ فَاسْتَبَقُوا الصِّرَاطَ فَاَنّٰى يُبْصِرُوْنَ  ( يس: ٦٦ )

And if
nashāu
نَشَآءُ
We willed
laṭamasnā
لَطَمَسْنَا
We (would have) surely obliterated
ʿalā
عَلَىٰٓ
[over]
aʿyunihim
أَعْيُنِهِمْ
their eyes
fa-is'tabaqū
فَٱسْتَبَقُوا۟
then they (would) race
l-ṣirāṭa
ٱلصِّرَٰطَ
(to find) the path
fa-annā
فَأَنَّىٰ
then how
yub'ṣirūna
يُبْصِرُونَ
(could) they see?

Wa law nashaaa'u lata masna 'alaaa aiyunihim fasta baqus-siraata fa-annaa yubsiroon (Yāʾ Sīn 36:66)

Sahih International:

And if We willed, We could have obliterated their eyes, and they would race to [find] the path, and how could they see? (Ya-Sin [36] : 66)

If We so will, We would wipe out their eyes (right here in this world), and they would be racing towards the way, but how would they see?
