وَاللّٰهُ الَّذِيْٓ اَرْسَلَ الرِّيٰحَ فَتُثِيْرُ سَحَابًا فَسُقْنٰهُ اِلٰى بَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَاَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ الْاَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَاۗ كَذٰلِكَ النُّشُوْرُ   ( فاطر: ٩ )

wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
alladhī
ٱلَّذِىٓ
(is) the One Who
arsala
أَرْسَلَ
sends
l-riyāḥa
ٱلرِّيَٰحَ
the winds
fatuthīru
فَتُثِيرُ
so that they raise
saḥāban
سَحَابًا
(the) clouds
fasuq'nāhu
فَسُقْنَٰهُ
and We drive them
ilā
إِلَىٰ
to
baladin
بَلَدٍ
a land
mayyitin
مَّيِّتٍ
dead
fa-aḥyaynā
فَأَحْيَيْنَا
and We revive
bihi
بِهِ
therewith
l-arḍa
ٱلْأَرْضَ
the earth
baʿda
بَعْدَ
after
mawtihā
مَوْتِهَاۚ
its death
kadhālika
كَذَٰلِكَ
Thus
l-nushūru
ٱلنُّشُورُ
(will be) the Resurrection

Wallaahul lazeee arsalar riyaaha fatuseeru shaaban fasuqnaahu ilaa baladim maiyitin fa ahyaynaa bihil arda ba'da mawtihaa; kazaalikan nushoor (Fāṭir 35:9)

Sahih International:

And it is Allah who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds, and We drive them to a dead land and give life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness. Thus is the resurrection. (Fatir [35] : 9)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

Allah is the One who sends the winds, then they raise up the clouds, then We drive them to a dead land and revive the land through them after its death. In similar way shall be the Resurrection.
