Al-Ahzab Verse 12

And ˹remember˺ when the hypocrites and those with sickness in their hearts said, “Allah and His Messenger have promised us nothing but delusion!”

And [remember] when the hypocrites and those with sickness in their hearts said, “Allah and His Messenger did not promise us but delusion!”

And when tile hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is sickness, said, 'God and His Messenger promised us only delusion.'

the hypocrites and the sick at heart said, ‘God and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusions!’

And when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease were saying: Allah and His apostle have promised us nought but delusion.

And behold! The Hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease (even) say; "Allah and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusion!"

And call to mind when the hypocrites and all those with diseased hearts said: “All that Allah and His Messenger had promised us was nothing but deceit.”

When the hypocrites and those who were filled with doubt, said: "The promise of God and His Apostle was nothing but deceit."

And when the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, began saying, “Allah and His Noble Messenger have not given us a promise except one of deceit.”

When the hypocrites, as well as those in whose hearts is a sickness, were saying, ‘Allah and His Apostle did not promise us [anything] except delusion.’

And (remember) when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts was a disease (at just that point in the situation) were saying: "God and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusion."

(Recall the time,) when the hypocrites and those who carried a (spiritual) disease in their hearts said, `Allâh and His Messenger only made us a false and delusive promise (of victory).

And when the hypocrites and those whom in their hearts (is) sickness/disease say: "God and His messenger did not promise us except deceit/temptation."

And when the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, began saying, “Allah and His Noble Messenger have not given us a promise except one of deceit.”

There the believers were sorely tried and they were shaken with severe shaking.

And when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease (of doubts) said: "Allah and His Messenger (SAW) promised us nothing but delusions!"

There were the believers tried and they were shaken with a severe shaking.

And when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts was a disease began to say: Allah and His Apostle did not promise us (victory) but only to deceive.

And when the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, were saying: Allah and His messenger promised us naught but delusion.

It was there that the hypocrites and those whose hearts were sick, said, "The promise of God and His Messenger has proved to be nothing but deceit".

The hypocrites and those in whose hearts there is a disease said: 'Allah and His Messenger promised nothing but delusion'

And when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease said: "Allah and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusion!"

The hypocrites and people with sickness in their hearts said, "God and His Messenger have promised us nothing but delusions."

When the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is sickness said, “God and His Messenger promised us nothing but illusion.”

And, mention, when the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is sickness, namely, weakness of conviction, were saying, `What God and His Messenger promised us, of assistance [to victory], was [nothing] but delusion', falsehood.

And when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease said;"Allah and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusion!"

Their hypocrisy became apparent, while the one in whose heart was doubt became weak, and he expressed the ideas that were in his heart because of the weakness of his faith and the difficulty of the situation. And other people said, as Allah tells us
