Ali 'Imran Verse 53

˹They prayed to Allah,˺ “Our Lord! We believe in Your revelations and follow the messenger, so count us among those who bear witness.”

“Our Lord, we believe in what You have sent down and we follow the messenger; so count us among those who bear witness [to the truth].”

Lord, we believe in that Thou hast sent down, and we follow the Messenger. Inscribe us therefore with those who bear witness.'

Lord, we believe in what You have revealed and we follow the messenger: record us among those who bear witness [to the Truth].’

Our Lord! we believe in that which Thou hast sent down, and, follow the apostle; write us up wherefore with the witnesses.

"Our Lord! we believe in what Thou hast revealed, and we follow the Messenger; then write us down among those who bear witness."

Our Lord! We believe in the com-mandment You have revealed and we obey the Messenger; make us, then, one of those who bear witness (to the Truth).'

"O Lord, we believe in Your revelations and follow this Apostle. Enroll us among the witnesses."

“Our Lord! We have believed in what You have sent down and we follow the Noble Messenger, therefore record us among the witnesses of the truth.”

Our Lord, we believe in what You have sent down, and we follow the apostle, so write us among the witnesses.’

"Our Lord! We believe in what You have sent down and we follow the Messenger, so write us down among the witnesses (of Your Oneness and Lordship, and of the truth You have revealed)."

(The disciples then prayed,) `Our Lord! We believe in that which You have revealed and we follow this Messenger, so count us with the witnesses (of the truth).´

Our Lord, we believed with what You descended, and we followed the messenger, so write (include) us with the witnessing/testifying.

“Our Lord! We have believed in what You have sent down and we follow the Noble Messenger, therefore record us among the witnesses of the truth.”

But they (the Jews or unbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed, for Allah is the best of schemers!

Our Lord! We believe in what You have sent down, and we follow the Messenger ['Iesa (Jesus)]; so write us down among those who bear witness (to the truth i.e. La ilaha ill-Allah - none has the right to be worshipped but Allah).

But when Jesus perceived disbelief on their part, he said: Who will be my helpers in Allah’s way? The disciples said: We are Allah’s helpers: we believe in Allah, and bear thou witness that we are submitting ones.

Our Lord! we believe in what Thou hast revealed and we follow the apostle, so write us down with those who bear witness.

Our Lord! We believe in that which Thou hast revealed and we follow him whom Thou hast sent. Enrol us among those who witness (to the truth).

They prayed, "Lord, we have believed in what You have revealed to Your Messenger and we have followed him. Write down our names with those who testify in support of the Truth."

Lord, we have believed in what You sent down and followed the Messenger. Write us among Your witnesses'

"Our Lord! We believe in what You have sent down, and we follow the Messenger [`Isa]; so write us down among those who bear witness."

Our Lord, we believe in what You have sent down and we follow the messenger, so count us among those who bear witness."

“Our Lord, we have believed in what You have revealed, and we have followed the Messenger, so count us among the witnesses.”

Lord, we believe in what You have revealed, of the Gospel, and we follow the Messenger, Jesus; inscribe us therefore with those who bear witness', to Your Oneness and to the truthfulness of Your Messenger.

Al-Hawariyyun said;"We are the helpers of Allah; we believe in Allah, and bear witness that we are Muslims.

Our Lord! We believe in what You have sent down, and we follow the Messenger; so write us down among those who bear witness."
Hawari in Arabic - means `support'.

The Two Sahihs recorded that;

when the Prophet encouraged the people to fight during the battle of Al-Ahzab, Az-Zubayr came forward, and again, when the Prophet asked for fighters a second time. The Prophet said,

إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيَ حَوَارِيًّا وَحَوَارِيِّي الزُّبَيْر

Every Prophet has a Hawari, and Az-Zubayr is my Hawari.

Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that Ibn Abbas said about,
فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
(so write us down among those who bear witness),

"Meaning among the Ummah of Muhammad."

This Hadith has a good chain of narration.
The Jews Plot to Kill `Isa

Allah tells;

وَمَكَرُواْ وَمَكَرَ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ
