وَلِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِ ۗوَاِلَى اللّٰهِ تُرْجَعُ الْاُمُوْرُ ࣖ ( آل عمران: ١٠٩ )
walillahi
وَلِلَّهِ
And to Allah (belongs)
mā
مَا
whatever
fī
فِى
(is) in
l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
wamā
وَمَا
and whatever
fī
فِى
(is) in
l-arḍi
ٱلْأَرْضِۚ
the earth
wa-ilā
وَإِلَى
And to
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
Allah
tur'jaʿu
تُرْجَعُ
will be returned
l-umūru
ٱلْأُمُورُ
the matters
Wa lillaahi maa fissamaawaati wa maa fil ard; wa ilal laahi turja;ul umoor (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:109)
Sahih International:
To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And to Allah will [all] matters be returned. (Ali 'Imran [3] : 109)

To Allah belongs what is in the heavens and what is in the earth. To Allah all matters are returned.
