وَلْتَكُنْ مِّنْكُمْ اُمَّةٌ يَّدْعُوْنَ اِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُوْنَ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ۗ وَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُوْنَ ( آل عمران: ١٠٤ )

وَلْتَكُن
And let there be
minkum
مِّنكُمْ
among you
ummatun
أُمَّةٌ
[a] people
yadʿūna
يَدْعُونَ
inviting
ilā
إِلَى
to
l-khayri
ٱلْخَيْرِ
the good
wayamurūna
وَيَأْمُرُونَ
[and] enjoining
bil-maʿrūfi
بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ
the right
wayanhawna
وَيَنْهَوْنَ
and forbidding
ʿani
عَنِ
from
l-munkari
ٱلْمُنكَرِۚ
the wrong
wa-ulāika
وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
and those -
humu
هُمُ
they
l-muf'liḥūna
ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ
(are) the successful ones
Waltakum minkum ummatuny yad'oona ilal khairi wa yaamuroona bilma 'roofi wa yanhawna 'anil munkar; wa ulaaa'ika humul muflihoon (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:104)
Sahih International:
And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful. (Ali 'Imran [3] : 104)

There has to be a group of people from among you who call towards the good, and bid the Fair and forbid the Unfair. And it is these who are successful.
