Al-'Ankabut Verse 56

O My believing servants! My earth is truly spacious, so worship Me ˹alone˺.

O My believing slaves, My earth is spacious, so worship Me alone.

O My servants who believe, surely My earth is wide; therefore Me do you serve!

My believing servants! My earth is vast, so worship Me and Me alone.

My bondmen, who believe! verily My earth is wide, so Me alone worship.

O My servants who believe! truly, spacious is My Earth; therefore serve ye Me - (and Me alone)!

O My servants who believe, verily My earth is vast; so serve Me alone.

O My creatures who believe, surely My earth has plenty of scope and so worship only Me.

O My bondmen who believe! Indeed My earth is spacious – therefore worship Me alone.

O My servants who have faith! My earth is indeed vast. So worship [only] Me.

O My servants who believe (but are prevented from living according to your belief)! My earth is vast, so worship Me alone.

My believing servants! My earth is indeed vast. You should worship Me and Me alone.

You, My worshippers/slaves those who believed, that truly My ground/land/Earth (is) spread/spacious , so (only) Me, so worship Me.

O My bondmen who believe! Indeed My earth is spacious – therefore worship Me alone.

On the Day when the Doom (or Wrath) shall overwhelm them from above them and from beneath their feet, and He will say, "Taste that which you have done."

O My slaves who believe! Certainly, spacious is My earth. Therefore worship Me (Alone)."

They ask thee to hasten on the chastisement, and surely hell encompasses the disbelievers --

O My servants who believe! surely My earth is vast, therefore Me alone should you serve.

O my bondmen who believe! Lo! My earth is spacious. Therefor serve Me only.

My believing servants, My land is vast. Worship Me alone.

O My worshipers who believe, My earth is vast, therefore worship Me!

O My servants who believe! Certainly, spacious is My earth. Therefore worship Me.

My servants who believe, My earth is vast, so worship Me alone.

O My servants who have believed: My earth is vast, so worship Me alone.

O My servants who believe! My earth is indeed vast. So worship [only] Me, in whichever land worship is possible, by emigrating to it from a land in which worship is not possible -- this [verse] was revealed regarding the oppressed Muslims [living] in Mecca, who were constrained to manifest [their] Islam in it.

Advice to migrate and the Promise of Provision and a Goodly Reward

Allah commands His believing servants to migrate from a land in which they are not able to establish Islam, to the spacious earth of Allah where they can do so, by declaring Allah to be One and worshipping Him as He has commanded.

Allah says;

يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ امَنُوا إِنَّ أَرْضِي وَاسِعَةٌ فَإِيَّايَ فَاعْبُدُونِ



O My servants who believe! Certainly, spacious is My earth. Therefore worship Me.

When things became too difficult for the believers in Makkah who were in a weak position and were oppressed, they left and migrated to Ethiopia, where they were able to practice their religion. The Muslims found Ethiopia the best place for guest; where Ashamah, the Negus or king, may Allah have mercy on him, gave them refuge, helped them, supported them, and honored them in his land.

Later, the Messenger of Allah and his remaining Companions migrated to Al-Madinah, formerly known as Yathrib, may Allah protect it.

Then Allah says;

كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَايِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ ثُمَّ إِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ
