An-Naml Verse 50

And ˹so˺ they made a plan, but We too made a plan, while they were unaware.

Thus they made a plan and We too made a plan, but they were unaware of it.

And they devised a device, and We likewise devised a device, while they were not aware;

So they devised their evil plan, but We too made a plan of which they were unaware.

And they plotted a plot, and We plotted a plot, while they perceived it not.

They plotted and planned, but We too planned, even while they perceived it not.

Thus they planned and We too planned, the while they did not know.

They hatched up the plot; We also planned without their knowledge.

So they devised a scheme, and We made our secret plan, and they remained neglectful.

They devised a plot, and We [too] devised a plan, but they were not aware.

And so they devised a scheme, and indeed We put Our will into force (to give them their just deserts), while they were not aware.

And they hatched a plot and We likewise brought forth a counter plan of which they were not aware (that their plotting would go in vain).

And they schemed , a scheme and We schemed a scheme , and (while) they are not feeling/knowing/sensing.

So they devised a scheme, and We made our secret plan, and they remained neglectful.

Said they, "Swear to each other by Allah that we will surely fall on him and his people by night; then we will surely say unto his family, ´We witnessed not the destruction of his household; and we are truth tellers!´"

So they plotted a plot, and We planned a plan, while they perceived not.

And there were in the city nine persons who made mischief in the land and did not act aright.

And they planned a plan, and We planned a plan while they perceived not.

So they plotted a plot: and We plotted a plot, while they perceived not.

They plotted and We planned without their knowledge. Consider the result of their plot.

And they devised a scheme and, without their knowledge, We devised a scheme.

So, they plotted a plot, and We planned a plan, while they perceived not.

Thus they devised a plan, and We also devised a plan, but they were not aware of it.

They planned a plan, and We planned a plan, but they did not notice.

So they plotted, thereby, a plot, but We [also] plotted a plot, in other words, We requited them by hastening on their punishment, while they were not aware.

فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ مَكْرِهِمْ أَنَّا دَمَّرْنَاهُمْ وَقَوْمَهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
