An-Nur Verse 45

And Allah has created from water every living creature. Some of them crawl on their bellies, some walk on two legs, and some walk on four. Allah creates whatever He wills. Surely Allah is Most Capable of everything.

God has created every beast of water, and some of them go upon their bellies, and some of them go upon two feet, and some of them go upon four; God creates whatever He will; God is powerful over everything.

and God created each animal out of [its own] fluid: some of them crawl on their bellies, some walk on two legs, and some on four. God creates whatever He will; God has power over everything.

Allah hath created every moving creature of water; of them is one that walketh upon his belly. and of them is one that walketh upon its two feet; and of them is one that walketh upon four. Allah createth whatsoever He listeth; verily Allah is over everything Potent.

And Allah created every creature from a sort of water: of them some one crawls upon its belly: another walks on two legs and still another on four; Allah creates whatever He wills for He has power over everything

And Allah created every animal on earth, from water; so among them is a kind that moves upon its belly; and among them is a kind that moves upon two legs; and among them a kind that moves upon four legs; Allah creates whatever He wills; indeed Allah is Able to do all things.

And Allâh has created every animal from water. Some of them move upon their bellies and some move upon two feet and some among them move upon four. Allâh creates what He please. Verily, Allâh is Possessor of every power to do what He will.

And God created every/each walker/creeper/crawler from water, so from them who walks (moves) on its belly , and from them who walks on two feet, and from them who walks on four, God creates what He wills/wants , that truly God (is) on every thing capable/powerful .

Allah alternates the night and the day. Verily, in all these things is a lesson to those endowed with vision.

Allah causes the night and the day to succeed one another. Surely there is a lesson in this for those who have sight.

And God has created every beast, that is, [every] animal, from fluid, [from] a sperm-drop. Among them are some that creep upon their bellies, such as snakes and reptiles, and among them are some that walk on two feet, such as human beings and birds, and among them are some that walk on four, such as [four-legged] beasts and cattle. God creates whatever He will. Truly God has power over all things.

Allah's Power in His creation of the Animals

Allah tells;

وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَابَّةٍ مِن مَّاء

Allah has created every moving creature from water.

Allah mentions His complete and almighty power to create all the different kinds of animals with their various forms, colors and ways of moving and stopping, from one kind of water.

فَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِي عَلَى بَطْنِهِ

Of them there are some that creep on their bellies,

like snakes and so on;

وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِي عَلَى رِجْلَيْنِ

and some that walk on two legs,

like humans and birds;

وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِي عَلَى أَرْبَعٍ

and some that walk on four,

like cattle and all kinds of animals.

Allah says;

يَخْلُقُ اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاء

Allah creates what He wills.

meaning by His power, because what He wills happens and what He does not will does not happen.

So he says;

إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ



Verily, Allah is able to do all things
