اِنَّهٗ لَيْسَ لَهٗ سُلْطٰنٌ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَلٰى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُوْنَ ( النحل: ٩٩ )

Indeed he

سُلْطَٰنٌ
(is) any authority
ʿalā
عَلَى
on
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
āmanū
ءَامَنُوا۟
believe
waʿalā
وَعَلَىٰ
and upon
rabbihim
رَبِّهِمْ
their Lord
yatawakkalūna
يَتَوَكَّلُونَ
they put their trust
Innahoo laisa lahoo sultaanun 'alal lazeena aamanoo wa 'alaa Rabbihim yatawakkaloon (an-Naḥl 16:99)
Sahih International:
Indeed, there is for him no authority over those who have believed and rely upon their Lord. (An-Nahl [16] : 99)

He is such that he has no authority over those who believe and place trust in their Lord.
