Yusuf Verse 7

Indeed, in the story of Joseph and his brothers there are lessons for all who ask.

In the story of Joseph and his brothers there are lessons for those who seek [them].

(In Joseph and his brethren were signs for those who ask questions.)

There are lessons in the story of Joseph and his brothers for all who seek them.

Assuredly in Yusuf and his brethren there have been signs for the inquirers.

Verily in Joseph and his brethren are signs (or symbols) for seekers (after Truth).

Verily in the story of Joseph and his brothers there are many signs for those who inquire (about the truth).

In the story of Joseph and his brothers are lessons for those who inquire.

Indeed in Yusuf and his brothers are signs* for those who enquire**. (* Of the truthfulness of Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him. ** The Jews who enquired about their story.)

In Joseph and his brothers there are certainly signs for the seekers.

Assuredly, in (this account of) Joseph and his brothers there are many signs (messages) for seekers of truth.

The fact is that there are many signs in (the account of) Joseph and his brothers for the inquirers (about the prophethood of Muhammad and about his opponents).

In Joseph and his brothers (there) had been signs/evidences to the askers/questioners .

Indeed in Yusuf and his brothers are signs * for those who enquire **. (* Of the truthfulness of Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him. ** The Jews who enquired about their story.)

Thus your Lord will prefer you, and teach you the interpretation of events, and fulfil His favour upon you, and upon the family of Jacob, as He fulfiled it upon your two forefathers, Abraham and Isaac, before you. Verily, your Lord is Knowing, Wise!

Verily, in Yusuf (Joseph) and his brethren, there were Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) for those who ask.

And thus will thy Lord choose thee and teach thee the interpretation of saying, and make His favour complete to thee and to the Children of Jacob, as He made it complete before to thy fathers, Abraham and Isaac. Surely thy Lord is Knowing, Wise.

Certainly in Yusuf and his brothers there are signs for the inquirers.

Verily in Joseph and his brethren are signs (of Allah's Sovereignty) for the inquiring.

In the story of Joseph and his brothers, there is evidence (of the truth) for those who seek to know.

Indeed, in Joseph and his brothers there were signs for those who inquire.

Verily, in Yusuf and his brethren there were Ayat for those who ask.

Surely, in Joseph and his brothers there are signs for the inquirers.

In Joseph and his brothers are lessons for the seekers.

Verily in, the tale of, Joseph and his brethren -- who were eleven -- are signs, lessons, for those who inquire, about their tale.

There are Lessons to draw from the Story of Yusuf

Allah says;

لَّقَدْ كَانَ فِي يُوسُفَ وَإِخْوَتِهِ ايَاتٌ لِّلسَّايِلِينَ



Verily, in Yusuf and his brethren there were Ayat for those who ask.

Allah says that there are Ayat, lessons and wisdom to learn from the story of Yusuf and his brothers, for those who ask about their story and seek its knowledge. Surely, their story is unique and is worthy of being narrated
