Yusuf Verse 22

And when he reached maturity, We gave him wisdom and knowledge. This is how We reward the good-doers.

When he reached his prime, We gave him wisdom and knowledge. This is how We reward those who do good.

And when he was fully grown, We gave him judgment and knowledge. Even so We recompense the good-doers.

When he reached maturity, We gave him judgement and knowledge: this is how We reward those who do good.

And when he reached his maturity We vouchsafed unto him judgement and knowledge; and Thus We recompense the well-doers.

When Joseph attained His full manhood, We gave him power and knowledge; thus do We reward those who do right.

And when Joseph reached the age of maturity, We granted him judgement and knowledge. Thus do We reward those who do good.

When he reached the prime of life We gave him wisdom and knowledge. Thus We reward those who are good.

And when he matured to his full strength, We bestowed him wisdom and knowledge; and this is how We reward the virtuous.

When he came of age, We gave him judgement and [sacred] knowledge, and thus do We reward the virtuous.

When Joseph reached his full manhood, We granted him authority with sound, wise judgment, and special knowledge. Thus do We reward those devoted to doing good as if seeing God.

And when he attained his (age of) full strength, We granted him judgment and knowledge, and thus do We reward the doers of good deeds to others.

And when he reached his maturity/strength, We gave/brought him judgment/rule and knowledge, and as/like that We reward the good doers.

And when he matured to his full strength, We bestowed him wisdom and knowledge; and this is how We reward the virtuous.

And the man from Egypt who had bought him said to his wife, "Make his stay with us honourable; it may be he will be of use to us, or we may adopt him as a son." Thus did We establish Joseph in the land that We might teach him the interpretation of ahadith (events, traditions, sayings, dreams etc.). Allah has full power and control over His (or Joseph´s) affairs; but most of mankind know not.

And when he [Yusuf (Joseph)] attained his full manhood, We gave him wisdom and knowledge (the Prophethood), thus We reward the Muhsinun (doers of good - see V. 2:112).

And the Egyptian who bought him said to his wife: Make his stay honourable. Maybe he will be useful to us, or we may adopt him as a son. And thus We established Joseph in the land, and that We might teach him the interpretation of saying. And Allah has full control over His affair, but most people know not.

And when he had attained his maturity, We gave him wisdom and knowledge: and thus do We reward those who do good.

And And when he reached his prime We gave him wisdom and knowledge. Thus We reward the good.

When he attained maturity, God gave him strength, wisdom and knowledge. Thus, do We reward those who do good.

And when he reached maturity, We bestowed on him judgment and knowledge. As such We recompense those who do good.

And when he [Yusuf] attained his full manhood, We gave him wisdom and knowledge (the prophethood), thus We reward the doers of good.

And when he reached maturity, We bestowed on him right judgement and knowledge. Thus We reward those who do good.

When he reached his maturity, We gave him wisdom and knowledge. We thus reward the righteous.

And when he reached his prime -- which was at 30 or 33 years of age -- We gave him [power of] judgement, wisdom, and knowledge, understanding in [matters of] religion, before his call to prophethood. Thus, just as We rewarded him, We reward those who are virtuous, to [the good] of their souls.

وَلَمَّا بَلَغَ

And when he attained,

in reference to Prophet Yusuf, peace be upon him,

أَشُدَّهُ

his full manhood,

sound in mind and perfect in body,

اتَيْنَاهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا

We gave him wisdom and knowledge,

which is the Prophethood that Allah sent him with for the people he lived among,

وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ



thus We reward the doers of good.

because Yusuf used to do good in the obedience of Allah the Exalted
