قُلْ
Say
أَعُوذُ
"I seek refuge
بِرَبِّ
in (the) Lord
ٱلْفَلَقِ
(of) the dawn
Qul a'uzoo bi rabbil-falaq
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak
مِن
From
شَرِّ
(the) evil
مَا
(of) what
خَلَقَ
He created
Min sharri ma khalaq
From the evil of that which He created
وَمِن
And from
شَرِّ
(the) evil
غَاسِقٍ
(of) darkness
إِذَا
when
وَقَبَ
it settles
Wa min sharri ghasiqin iza waqab
And from the evil of darkness when it settles
وَمِن
And from
شَرِّ
(the) evil
ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ
(of) the blowers
فِى
in
ٱلْعُقَدِ
the knots
Wa min sharrin-naffaa-thaati fil 'uqad
And from the evil of the blowers in knots
وَمِن
And from
شَرِّ
(the) evil
حَاسِدٍ
(of) an envier
إِذَا
when
حَسَدَ
he envies"
Wa min shar ri haasidin iza hasad
And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
