Yunus Verse 6

Surely in the alternation of the day and the night, and in all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth, there are truly signs for those mindful ˹of Him˺.

Indeed, in the alternation of the night and day, and in what Allah has created in the heavens and earth, there are signs for people who fear Him.

In the alternation of night and day, and what God has created in the heavens and the earth -- surely there are signs for a godfearing people.

In the succession of night and day, and in what God created in the heavens and earth, there truly are signs for those who are aware of Him.

Verily in the alteration of he night and the day and in that which Allah hath created in the heavens and the earth are surely signs unto a people who fear.

Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day, and in all that Allah hath created, in the heavens and the earth, are signs for those who fear Him.

Surely in the alternation of the night and the day and in all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth there are signs for the people who seek to avoid (error of outlook and conduct).

In the alternation of night and day, and all that He has created in the heavens and the earth, are certainly signs for people who fear God.

Indeed in the alternation of the day and night, and all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth, are signs for people who are pious.

Indeed in the alternation of night and day, and whatever Allah has created in the heavens and the earth, there are surely signs for a people who are Godwary.

In the alternation of night and day (with their periods shortening and lengthening), and all that He has created in the heavens and the earth, surely there are signs (manifesting truth) for a people who keep from disobedience to Him in reverence for Him.

Certainly, in the alternation of night and day and in all that Allâh has created in the heavens and the earth there are sure signs for a people who guard against evil.

That in difference (of) the night and the daytime and what God created in the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth (are) signs/evidences (E) to a nation fearing and obeying.

Indeed in the alternation of the day and night, and all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth, are signs for people who are pious.

He it is who made the sun a glorious brightness (splendour), and the moon for a light, and decreed for it measured stages, that you may know the number of the years and the reckoning. Allah created not all this but in truth. He details the signs (or revelations) unto a people who understand.

Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day and in all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth are Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) for those people who keep their duty to Allah, and fear Him much.

He it is Who made the sun a shining brightness, and the moon a light, and ordained for it stages that you might know the computation of years and the reckoning. Allah created not this but with truth. He makes the signs manifest for a people who know.

Most surely in the variation of the night and the day, and what Allah has created in the heavens and the earth, there are signs for a people who guard (against evil).

Lo! in the difference of day and night and all that Allah hath created in the heavens and the earth are portents, verily, for folk who ward off (evil).

The alternation of the day and night and all that God has created in the heavens and earth are evidence (of the existence of God) for the pious people.

In the alternation of the night and day, and in all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth, surely there are signs for people who are cautious.

Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day and in all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth are Ayat for those who have Taqwa.

In the alternation of night and day, and in all that God has created in the heavens and the earth, there are signs for a God-fearing people.

In the alternation of night and day, and in what God created in the heavens and the earth, are signs for people who are aware.

Truly in the alternation of night and day, in [their] coming and going, increasing and diminishing, and [in] what God has created in the heavens, of angels, sun, moon, stars and other things, and, in, the earth, of animals, mountains, seas, rivers, trees, and other things, there are signs, indications of His power, exalted be He, for a people who fear, Him, and so believe; He singles these out for mention because they are the ones to benefit from them [such signs].

إِنَّ فِي اخْتِلَفِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ


Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day,

The day and the night alternate, when one arrives, the other goes, and so on, with no errors.

This is similar to the meaning indicated in the following Ayat;

يُغْشِى الَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَثِيثًا

He brings the night as a cover over the day, seeking it rapidly....

لَا الشَّمْسُ يَنبَغِى لَهَأ أَن تدْرِكَ القَمَرَ

It is not for the sun to overtake the moon. (36;40)

and,

فَالِقُ الاِصْبَاحِ وَجَعَلَ الَّيْلَ سَكَناً

(He is the) Cleaver of the daybreak. He has appointed the night for resting. (6;96)

Allah continued;

وَمَا خَلَقَ اللّهُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالَارْضِ

and in all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth,

meaning the signs that indicate His greatness.

This is similar to Allah's statements;

وَكَأَيِّن مِّن ءَايَةٍ فِى السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ

And how many a sign in the heavens and the earth... (12;105)

قُلِ انظُرُواْ مَاذَا فِى السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ وَمَا تُغْنِى الايَـتُ وَالنُّذُرُ عَن قَوْمٍ لاَّ يُوْمِنُونَ

"Say;"Behold all that is in the heavens and the earth," but neither Ayat nor warners benefit those who believe not. (10;101)

أَفَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ إِلَى مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ مِّنَ السَّمَأءِ وَالاٌّرْضِ

See they not what is before them and what is behind them, of the heaven and the earth. (34;9)

إِنَّ فِى خَلْقِ السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ وَاخْتِلَـفِ الَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ لاّيَـتٍ لاٌّوْلِى الاٌّلْبَـبِ

Verily, in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, there are indeed signs for men of understanding. (3;190)

means intelligent men.

Allah said here,

لاايَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَّقُونَ


Ayat for those who have Taqwa.

meaning fear Allah's punishment, wrath and torment
