وَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ يَّنْظُرُ اِلَيْكَۗ اَفَاَنْتَ تَهْدِى الْعُمْيَ وَلَوْ كَانُوْا لَا يُبْصِرُوْنَ ( يونس: ٤٣ )

يُبْصِرُونَ
see?
Wa minhum mai yanzuru ilaik; afa anta tahdil 'umya wa law kaanoo laa yubsiroon (al-Yūnus 10:43)
Sahih International:
And among them are those who look at you. But can you guide the blind although they will not [attempt to] see? (Yunus [10] : 43)

And among them there are those who look at you. Would you, then, guide the blind even when they have no insight?
