اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ فَاطِرِ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ جَاعِلِ الْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةِ رُسُلًاۙ اُولِيْٓ اَجْنِحَةٍ مَّثْنٰى وَثُلٰثَ وَرُبٰعَۗ يَزِيْدُ فِى الْخَلْقِ مَا يَشَاۤءُۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ( فاطر: ١ )
Al-Ĥamdu Lillāhi Fāţiri As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'Arđi Jā`ili Al-Malā'ikati Rusulāan 'Ūlī 'Ajniĥatin Mathnaá Wa Thulātha Wa Rubā`a Yazīdu Fī Al-Khalqi Mā Yashā'u 'Inna Allāha `Alaá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun. (Fāṭir 35:1)
A. S. F. Bubenheim and N. Elyas:
(Alles) Lob gehört Allah, dem Erschaffer der Himmel und der Erde, Der die Engel zu Gesandten gemacht hat mit Flügeln, (je) zwei, drei und vier! Er fügt der Schöpfung hinzu, was Er will. Gewiß, Allah hat zu allem die Macht. ([35] Fatir (Der Erschaffer) : 1)
English Sahih:
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, [who] made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four. He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent. ([35] Fatir : 1)
