هُوَ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مَّا فِى الْاَرْضِ جَمِيْعًا ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰٓى اِلَى السَّمَاۤءِ فَسَوّٰىهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمٰوٰتٍ ۗ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ ࣖ ( البقرة: ٢٩ )
He
هُوَ
Er
(is) the One Who
ٱلَّذِى
(ist) derjenige, der
created
خَلَقَ
erschuf
for you
لَكُم
für euch
what
مَّا
was
(is) in
فِى
auf
the earth
ٱلْأَرْضِ
der Erde (ist).
all
جَمِيعًا
alles
Moreover
ثُمَّ
Dann
He turned
ٱسْتَوَىٰٓ
wandte er sich
to
إِلَى
zu
the heaven
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
dem Himmel,
and fashioned them
فَسَوَّىٰهُنَّ
dann formte er sie
seven
سَبْعَ
sieben
heavens
سَمَٰوَٰتٍۚ
Himmel.
And He
وَهُوَ
Und er
of every
بِكُلِّ
(ist) über alle
thing
شَىْءٍ
Sachen
(is) All-Knowing
عَلِيمٌ
allwissend.
Huwa Al-Ladhī Khalaqa Lakum Mā Fī Al-'Arđi Jamī`āan Thumma Astawaá 'Ilaá As-Samā'i Fasawwāhunna Sab`a Samāwātin Wa Huwa Bikulli Shay'in `Alīmun. (al-Baq̈arah 2:29)

Er ist es, Der für euch alles, was auf der Erde ist, erschuf und Sich hierauf dem Himmel zuwandte und ihn dann zu sieben Himmeln formte. Er weiß über alles Bescheid. ([2] al-Baqara (Die Kuh) : 29)
English Sahih:
It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things. ([2] Al-Baqarah : 29)
