فَاِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنٰهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لِتُبَشِّرَ بِهِ الْمُتَّقِيْنَ وَتُنْذِرَ بِهٖ قَوْمًا لُّدًّا ( مريم: ٩٧ )
So only
فَإِنَّمَا
Dann nur
We (have) made it easy
يَسَّرْنَٰهُ
haben wir ihn leicht gemacht
in your tongue
بِلِسَانِكَ
auf deiner Zunge,
that you may give glad tidings
لِتُبَشِّرَ
damit du frohe Botschaft verkündest
with it
بِهِ
damit
(to) the righteous
ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
die Gottesfürchtigen
and warn
وَتُنذِرَ
und warnst
with it
بِهِۦ
damit
a people
قَوْمًا
Leute.

لُّدًّا
hartnäckige
Fa'innamā Yassarnāhu Bilisānika Litubashshira Bihi Al-Muttaqīna Wa Tundhira Bihi Qawmāan Luddāan. (Maryam 19:97)

Wir haben ihn eigens leicht gemacht in deiner Sprache, damit du durch ihn den Gottesfürchtigen frohe Botschaft verkündest und durch ihn hartnäckige Leute warnst. ([19] Maryam (Maria) : 97)
English Sahih:
So, [O Muhammad], We have only made it [i.e., the Quran] easy in your tongue [i.e., the Arabic language] that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. ([19] Maryam : 97)
