وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوْٓا اَيْمَانَكُمْ دَخَلًا ۢ بَيْنَكُمْ فَتَزِلَّ قَدَمٌۢ بَعْدَ ثُبُوْتِهَا وَتَذُوْقُوا السُّوْۤءَ بِمَا صَدَدْتُّمْ عَنْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ ۚوَلَكُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيْمٌ ( النحل: ٩٤ )
Wa Lā Tattakhidhū 'Aymānakum Dakhalāan Baynakum Fatazilla Qadamun Ba`da Thubūtihā Wa Tadhūqū As-Sū'a Bimā Şadadtum `An Sabīli Allāhi Wa Lakum `Adhābun `Ažīmun. (an-Naḥl 16:94)

Und nehmt euch nicht eure Eide als Mittel des Betrugs untereinander; sonst würde ein Fuß straucheln, nachdem er fest gestanden hat, und ihr würdet Böses erleiden dafür, daß ihr von Allahs Weg abgehalten habt, und für euch wird es gewaltige Strafe geben. ([16] an-Nahl (Die Bienen) : 94)
English Sahih:
And do not take your oaths as [means of] deceit between you, lest a foot slip after it was [once] firm, and you would taste evil [in this world] for what [people] you diverted from the way of Allah, and you would have [in the Hereafter] a great punishment. ([16] An-Nahl : 94)

Und betrachtet eure Eide nicht wie Fiktionen untereinander, sonst entgleitet ein Fuß, nachdem er fest stand, und sonst erfahrt ihr das Unheil dafür, daß ihr vom Wege ALLAHs abgehalten habt, und für euch ist dann eine überharte Peinigung bestimmt.
